LaunchGraded
About

A standard for launch readiness, and a product wrapped around it.

Know your launch score before you spend your one shot.

Why it exists

Most founders get one real launch. The day they post to Product Hunt or Hacker News, or finally send the email, is the day the most people will ever look at the site at once — and it's usually the day nobody has checked whether the page is set to noindex, whether the pricing link works on a phone, or whether there's a single reason for a stranger to trust it.

Those aren't taste questions. They have answers. LaunchGraded turns them into a published standard — 8 dimensions, 31 checks, fixed weights — and runs it against your public page so you know where you stand before you spend your one shot.

Who builds it

LaunchGraded is built and run by one person, in the UK. That's stated plainly because it matters for what you can expect: fast, direct replies from the person who wrote the checks; no sales team; and a product whose scope is exactly what's described on the pricing page. Every check, every finding template and every email is written by a human.

The honesty stance

  • The score isn't an AI opinion. Rules where accuracy matters, AI only where it's labelled — an optional overview paragraph and the Launch Executor's draft.
  • No guaranteed-traffic nonsense. We never claim traffic, signups, rankings or revenue. Launch readiness isn't product-market fit, and a good score isn't a promise.
  • The standard is public. Weights, severity rules and verdict bands are on the methodology page. Detection heuristics aren't, so the score can't be gamed.
  • We eat our own cooking. This site is scored against the same standard before every deploy, and the number is shown in the footer whether or not it's flattering.
  • If a check is wrong, we fix the check. Every finding has a “think this is wrong?” link. A detection miss on a real site is a bug in our heuristics, not your problem.
