1. What we collect

When you use LaunchGraded's free score tool, paid report, or Launch Executor service, we collect: the landing page URL you submit, the content and technical details our scanner reads from that public page, your email address (if you give it to us, to send results or a sign-in link), and basic usage analytics (pages viewed, general device/browser info) via PostHog, hosted in the EU.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Generate your launch score, detailed report, or Launch Executor deliverables
  • Email you results, order updates, and sign-in links you request
  • Process payments for the $49 report and Launch Executor tiers via Stripe
  • Understand how LaunchGraded is used, so we can improve it
  • Respond to messages you send us through the contact form

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

3. Third parties we use

  • Stripe — payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
  • Resend — sending transactional email (results, sign-in links, order updates, contact form replies).
  • PostHog (EU region) — product analytics.
  • Google Gemini — used only to draft written copy for paid Launch Executor orders, grounded in your own site's content. Not used for the free score, which is fully rule-based.
  • Supabase (Postgres) — where your scores, reports, and orders are stored.

4. Cookies & sessions

If you sign in via a magic link, we set a session cookie so you don't have to sign in again on every visit. This cookie only stores a random session token — never your password, because LaunchGraded has no passwords for customer accounts.

5. Data retention

We keep your scores, reports, and orders so you can access them again via a sign-in link. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Contact below.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching us through the contact form below. If you're unsatisfied with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
